Fruit of desire

Just taking a break from the flowers, here is another member of the "Mother Nature" family. Took this pic during last weekend. The redness of the apple was just perfect and the melting drops on it lended that freshness. Used natural sunlight by diffusing with some translucent paper to get that lighting effect.

WOW why can't americans be more artistic?

Nice idea to diffuse the lighting - looks like it provided a good background as well. Only suggestion I would have here would be (if your macro lens allows it) to get in even closer to that apple and really fill the frame with all those wonderful natural details.

Thanks for the comments Abhi. The background actually is a white cloth :-). I did take some real close macros of the apple but I did not quite like most of them mainly bcoz the apple was not of an excellent build quality!

I want that apple!

Great picture! It has something to keeps an eye on.

I'm amazed!

Take care.
