Video killed the Monk

Bylakuppe is one of several Tibetan settlements in southern India, where many of the several thousand people who followed the Dalai Lama into exile in 1959 were given refuge and the opportunity to re-shape their shattered lives. If one thinks that the monks here are caught in a time-warp, then they will have to do a rethink once they get here. All the signs of modern culture are in abundance and is quite an interesting cultural fusion.

This picture here conveys one such aspiration..

Nice colours, though the jeans donning guy is a bit of an eye sore in the pix :). Have you tried cropping just the junior monk and a bit of sorrounding? might get a nice potrait.
